# The Progression System

Inspired by progression systems found in digital games, the ecosystem utilizes recognition, achievement, and development mechanisms to incentivize consistency and strengthen healthy habits over time. Unlike systems based solely on participation, progression in Gympfy is directly connected to physical activities validated by the platform, ensuring that evolution reflects real, verifiable effort.

#### Experience and Levels

Each validated activity contributes to the user's evolution within the platform. As new milestones are reached, the user progresses through different levels that represent their dedication, consistency, and development throughout the journey.

#### Achievements and Badges

Gympfy recognizes important milestones through digital achievements and badges. These elements function as permanent records of goals met, challenges completed, and relevant milestones in individual evolution.

#### Missions and Challenges

In addition to personal goals, users can participate in missions and challenges designed to stimulate the regular practice of physical activities. These experiences help maintain engagement, establish new objectives, and strengthen the sense of continuous progression.

#### Leaderboards

Leaderboards offer a transparent way to track performance and evolution within the community. Rankings can factor in specific exercises, individual modalities, and the overall performance of users within the ecosystem.

#### Consistency as the Core Metric

The main objective of the system is not to reward isolated intensity, but to encourage the building of sustainable habits. For this reason, consistency over time occupies a central position in the progression, recognition, and rewards offered by the platform.

> At Gympfy, progress is not just a perception. It is something that can be tracked, recorded, and validated over time. Every achievement, level reached, and milestone recorded represents a combination of effort, discipline, and active participation within the ecosystem.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://gympfy.gitbook.io/gympfy-whitepaper/whitepaper-gympfy/the-progression-system.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
